【 摘 要 】

The present essay takes care of the analysis, although brief, of the excess of freedom of speech in Brazil, where the press takes the force of an almost supra-state power. Starting inthispremise,wesearchanalternativeforthisproblem,whichis:thepreviousjudicial “censorship”, demonstrating to be this a capable instrument to stop the publication of news that can bring serious damage to the involved characters.
