【 摘 要 】

Understanding the Croat-Montenegrin border, its creation and its actual perpetuation, is calling explanations of long geohistorical processes. Through analyses of steps of fixation of the border, then of definition and redefinition of its status in the Yugoslav conflicts, this paper is trying to build a more general thought about the concepts of border and border effect.
