【 摘 要 】

One of the most important strategic objectives of the government is to preserve and promote the health of citizens. However, the past decades have seen a deterioration of health of the Russian population, in particular children and adolescents [1]; students of higher and secondary educational institutions are no exception. Whereas much attention is paid to the evaluation of health of high school students, students of secondary vocational schools receive much less attention, and this is absolutely true for students of teacher training colleges. [2]
