【 摘 要 】

This article describes the imaginary one identified into the Distrital Secretariat of Social Integration of Bogota – SDIS, with regards the process of management of the organizational knowledge and in particular to the appropriation of the knowledge derived from the process of Implementation of its Integrated System of Management. The study is approached theoretically from the Theory of Creation of the Organizational Knowledge of Nonaka and Takeuchi and leans in the methods of transformation of knowledge and valuation of intangibles applied by the institution: Action - Participation of Fals Borda and Balanced Score Card of Kaplan and Norton. Their results allow to formulate guideliness for a suitable transformation of the Human Capital in Intellectual Capital in benefit of their groups of interest
