【 摘 要 】

The Marxist theory of alienated work plays a role in modern political philosophy. Following the path of Hegel, Marx conceives the human being as the product of his own activity, i.e. his autoproduction by means of the work. It means that the human being is not a being born finished, but it develops himself while developing his inherent capabilities. Immersed in the study of capitalist society, Marx sees how this postulate of the autoproduction of the man by the work is forbidden. But if the realization of the humanity depends on the genuine productive activity on the performance of work, without alienation in relation to the product, it is necessary to create alternative solutions for such a manner of production, and thus assuring the conditions of the fulfilment of as a human being. The conditions for the exercise of non-alienated work will be overcome in so far as is overcome the private property and social division of labor. In Marx's thought, the thesis that the work has lost its centrality has no place. That is to say that if this argument were accepted, there would be abolished the conditions of realization of the human being, because for Marx work and human potential development are inseparable. What must be overcome is the alienated work and not work as such.
