【 摘 要 】

This paper analyzes the production cost of Phu Quy island windpower projects Vietnam national oil and gas group (PVN) as an investor by Levelised cost of energy (LCOE) method. Data from the study were collected from direct production and business activities of the project, economic and investment reports of PVN, the documents relating to wind power. The research results provide the analysis, comparing the cosst structure, finding the shortcomings in the production of windpower project. From the analysis the authors propose a number of measures to reduce the production cost of the project, also applies to the following windpower projects invested by PVN.
