【 摘 要 】

RFC, 85-year-old female, with discomfort in right hemithorax. Chesttomography at admission revealed pleural effusion on the right, andvideothorascopy identified traumatic hematomas with no other lesions.Trauma is a differential diagnosis for eosinophilic pleural effusions.Video-assisted thoracic surgery has been established as the bestprocedure for differential diagnosIs in pleural effusions.
