【 摘 要 】

The article builds on the Proceedings of a 1962 Italian Parliamentary enquiry commission on competition, to examine the current Italian situation and the prospects for reform. The author focuses in particular on the testimony by Manlio Rossi-Doria. Text of the speech given at the conference "Mercato e Concorrenza", 18 November 2015, organised the Accademia dei Lincei with Economia civile.
