【 摘 要 】

The paper considers the trends in social protest in Russia, the interaction of the population with the authorities, and the interaction of the authorities with the systemic and nonsystemic opposition. The accumulated sociological material provides the opportunity to study these phenomena with the help of secondary data analysismethod, and historical comparative method, which is appropriate to identify the protest actionstrends.
