【 摘 要 】

The concept of quality in the contemporary economy, of competition,isspecifictomanandhisactivities,definingtheirplaceandrole. Quality is both a goal and a result, a bar that is reached and exceeded by the quality of the factors that make the design, execution and distribution ofproductsandtheprovisionofservices.Inthispaper,theauthorwasentitledtoexemplifyhowanindustrialorganizationmanagestostayinthetopofthebestcompaniesinthefield,byimplementingawell-thought-outstrategy in the current context, starting from the established quality objectives.
