【 摘 要 】
Cervical spondylotic myelopathy which is a neurologicdisorder caused by degenerative changes in the cervicalspines related to narrowing in the spinal channel. Spondylosismay cause myelopathy effecting spinal cord or nerveroots in one or more segments. It is most common causeof myelopathy over the 55 years of age in developedcountries. As well as it is most commonly seen acquiredspastic paraparesis in medium and late times of life.
