【 摘 要 】

This community outreach was aimed to develop an entre-preneurship unit in the department of educational technol-ogythatinvolvedstudentsasthetraineeandentrepre-neurs. The business area that this unit covered was gener-ally related to instructional media development and com-mercial audiovisual. The method used in this program was a generic model called ADDIE; the stages were 1) needs assessmentandanalysis,2)designprocess,3)develop-ment process, and 4) implementation. DELTA, an abbrevi-ationforDigitalEnvironmentforLearning,Teaching,andAssessment were found to represent the business area that theunitcovered.Inthisoutreach,64studentswerein-volved in the needs assessment and analysis phase and 15 students were recruited as members of the unit. After three months of implementation, the unit has successfully mar-keted the services in several events and through independ-ent e-marketing. Even in some events, the unit achieved rewards in certain categories. Furthermore, the unit also has gained financial benefits and social connections from the clients in only three months. The enthusiasm from the studentsandprospectiveclientswasmorethanasex-pected and exceeded the target that the unit staked in the design phase
