【 摘 要 】

This work seeks to warn the current state of the historiography on the junior sectors during the wars of independence Peru and the Río de la Plata. A comparative analysis of these spaces allows us to sustain the popular classes decisively involved in the revolutionary process, devised various alternative policies of Government and actively negotiated its intervention in the configuration of power, authority and political legitimacy.
