【 摘 要 】

Cleft lip and palate is considered a change in embryonic development. This phenotype occurs as a result of the interaction of genetic and environmental factors, suggesting a multifactorial inheritance pattern. Among the candidate genes for this phenotype, the IRF6 appears as one of the most important.
