【 摘 要 】

The subject of this paper is the legal protection of intellectual property rights, with special emphasis on civil protection, which is determined by law in the field of intellectual property, as lex specialis, with reference to case law after 2000. Year. Civil protection includes four types of suits. Action for infringement consists of six lawsuit requests. The court may issue a temporary measure and a means of securing order.
