【 摘 要 】

The review is devoted to the actual problem of the rational use of drugs - non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs in the treatment of occupational diseases of coal industry workers. The work was prepared on the basis of materials of foreign and domestic publications, as well as the results of their own research. The problems of the interaction of pharmaceutical workers and representatives of medical organizations in the optimization of drug care are emphasized. Presents information on the prevalence and characteristics of their use in the treatment of occupational diseases.
