【 摘 要 】

This article deals with a problem of forming university ranking as one of the key factors of a successful inaugural campaign. University Ranking is a tool of advertising and PR-promotion in educational services of high school. The article refers to the principles of rating universities. We consider domestic and international experience crossing of rating systems. The factors that influence and inclusion of a university to the rating systems has been analyzed. The author presents his vision of the situation of Ukrainian universities in the context of international rating systems. In addition, the article analyzes the principle of combining rating systems and how they can be used in an effective PR-promotion for university education market. Details the types of ratings and the main aspects that should be looking for when forming strategy of university PR- communication with target groups.
