【 摘 要 】

In the present article author considers debatable questions of the economy of knowledge definition. Author made an attempt to formulate an originality of economy of knowledge as the theoretical direction. Comparison of the concept of economy of knowledge with the theory of economy of post-industrial society is carried out. On the basis of the analysis of evolution of economic entities the specifics of economy of knowledge consisting in a reorganization of a number of institutes of life of society on the market and economic principles are shown.
