【 摘 要 】

Every organization makes predictions in their processes, any estimated to assist in making decisions about what may happen and what should be done in response to these future moments. The way the forecastsareorganized,structuredandexecuted,andtheresultstheypresent,varyfrom organizationtoorganization.Totheextentthatthereisinteresttoimprovetheforecasting process,itisnecessarytounderstandbymeansofanalysisandverification,asthisoperationis performed.Therefore,theobjectivesofthispaperare:(a)developfromastructuredprocess,an initialbaseofscientificarticlesonthesubjectforanalysisinthediagnosisprocessdemand forecasting,(b)identifybestpracticesandopportunitiesfutureresearchinthearea.Toachieve theseobjectiveswedevelopedastructuredmethodofresearchtoidentifythemostrelevant articles. This method, through bibliometric criteria, made use of electronic databases of references andsupportsystems.Asa result,wepresentthemethodanditsapplicationtotheselecteditems and their approaches in tandem on the subject of diagnosis to the demand forecast.
