【 摘 要 】

In this article, we study the adaptation of some remote music therapy practices that were implemented during the COVID-19 confinement in two establishments: the first from the medico-social sector, the second from the medico-educative sector. According to an ethnographic, even auto-ethnographic, methodology, our exploratory study aims to foster the understanding of these adaptations, taking into consideration the complexity of the communicational dynamics from which they have emerged. and involving different categories of actors. Our communication approach is anchored on works carried out in Information and Communication Sciences (SIC), referring in particular to the concepts of device and mediation. In continuation of these researches, we sought to better understand the shift in professional practices towards digital devices and the interpenetration of the actors' spheres of action induced by the new uses these adaptations to the pandemic situation have caused (Miège, 2008).
