【 摘 要 】

Today we are witnessing a growing interest for the evaluation of research and development. It is determined, on the one hand, by the increasing role of science in social and economic development of states, and on the other hand, by the fact that the assessment is a tool for improving research systems. In this context, the article describes the multiple components of the assessment activity of research and development as a synthesis of best international practices.
