【 摘 要 】

Public debt and external debt are important macro economical indicators. In this study, time passed under the government of Justice and Improvement Party (2002-2015), rise in public debts and external debts is evaluated. Evaluations, have been made by keeping in mind of the debt value of countries which are members of European Union. In this study, possibility of economical crisis over again has been evaluated.
