【 摘 要 】
This paper presents the description of a class offered in Law School from case studies with role-playing and seminars, structured through the description of the methodology used in the classroom, narratives from the experiences in the classroom, up until we developed reflections by observing the dynamics or the dialogue established with the students themselves. This class involved the discussion of constitutional law issues, adapted to the conditions established by the university and the need of the students. During the classes, by constantly using construction and deconstruction of arguments and theses from the proposed methodology, it was possible to establish reflections about the need for an estrangement from the legal field as well as relativization and denaturalization of legal categories. The result was the perception of how legal education might be structured and the potential of research in order to distinguish three important phenomena: how the doctrine recognizes the legal field, how the legal field works and how the actors say it actually is.
