【 摘 要 】

This essay tackles the argument of the narrative strategy and its philosophical implications in the work of W. G. Sebald. The author analyzes predominantly  the concept of «Schwindel» (giddiness), which represents the key of the process of dissolution and revelation of the conventional rational-symbolical language. That has consequences on the image of history, that Sebald seems to want to represent as a process of destruction, instead of an ascending rail.
