【 摘 要 】

ThedebateregardingtherelationamongLaw,ReligionandMoralhas been inspiring the reflection of jurists and philosophers. Notwithstanding the prominenceofLaw,wemustreckonthatthecomplexityoflifeinsociety,which generatescountlessconflicts,couldnotbestowit theexclusivityofsocialcontrol. Havinginmindthepeculiarityofthediverserelationsestablishedeverydaybythe individuals, other mechanisms take responsibility for part of this task. Therefore, the currentarticleanalyzes,briefly,Law,ReligionandMoralasinstrumentsofsocial control.
