【 摘 要 】
Two patients with X-linked chronic granulomatous disease without NAPDH oxidase activity and with high responses of flow-mediated vasodilation are reported. Bone marrow transplantation restored oxidative stress to the levels of those in healthy subjects and decreased flow-mediated vasodilation to the levels of those in healthy subjects in both of the patients.
