【 摘 要 】
In this research brief, the author reviews certain theoretical aspects of intercultural management. He then presents the results of a five-year fieldwork study during which he canvassed the views of French managers hired by Moroccan enterprises and of the Moroccan managers working under them. The author was thus able to identify, for both groups, the key to successful intercultural management.
