DataEnvelopmentAnalysis(DEA)is arelativelynewmethod,anon-parametrictechniqueusednowadaystoevaluatetheefficiencyoftheDecision-Making Units.Usingthismethod, theDecision-MakingUnitscanbe comparedbetweeneach other and the most effective onescan be found.Usingthe DEA method, the performance of a logisticcompany with twelvewarehousesas DMUs is evaluatedin this paper. "DEA Excel Solver"user programwas usedto solve the problem.
