【 摘 要 】

Legal implications of regulatory models that impose forms of symbolic violence for the sexual worker women are exhibited from a gender perspective, naturalizing a male_centered vision  that defines its practices and speeches. From this conceptual frame the legal context of the sexual work is exhibited at national and international level.
