【 摘 要 】
Chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) is a neoplasm composed of monoclonal mature B lymphocytes. It demonstrates a heterogenous genomic landscape, commonly associated with karyotypic abnormalities. Here we report a case of CLL that demonstrated a rearrangement of the NOTCH2 gene with SEC22B, forming a novel fusion not previously reported in CLL.
