【 摘 要 】

Existing methods of analysis of the innovation potential of post offices are considered. It is shown that these methods do not yield an adequate assessment of the level of innovative capacity, which reduces the effectiveness and validity of management decisions made based on such assessments. Detected deficiencies methods that can be a starting point to identify and study the ways and areas of improvement are defined
