【 摘 要 】
The Ni/SDC catalysts were synthesized by microwave-assisted methods and investigated for methane oxidation. The catalyst showed steady production of syngas with high conversion of methane >90% at 700 °C. The high activity was attributed to nanoscale particle size, which provokes interaction between Ni and SDC easily. Besides, the co-microwave made catalyst showed the potential to produce syngas at 400–600 °C. The effects of synthesis parameters on the activity were further studied. The results demonstrated that the microwave-assisted synthesis is a simple way to make effective Ni/SDC catalysts that catalyze partial oxidation of methane toward syngas production and for Fuel Cell applications.
