【 摘 要 】

Most of the transnational solidarities are shaped today as networks that contribute to link the national with international relationships. Are they also tools to link the legal and illegal levels in order to create traffic roads? This question shows the need to ask if the organized networks of criminal groups infiltrated into the existing networks are able to act against the strategic power of the nations and overpass or challenge the State and its institutions. To answer that question it is necessary to make the difference between cases in which criminal networks only go through the legal networks, cases in which criminal networks use legal networks, and those where legal networks are the one that use criminal networks. The understanding of how social networks overlap territorial networks will also be focused in this study.
