【 摘 要 】

Uric arthritis (gout) je a clinical syndrome with main characteristics in recidivist inflammations of one or more joints due to hyper saturation of urine acid and the storage of urathe crystals into the joints and the structures around the joints, creation of toff, joint deformation due to urathe arthrophaty and the creation of urathe nephrophaty. Depending on the stage of the disease it is manifested by the pain in affected joints by recidivist arthritis mostly in basal joint of thumb or rarely in the other joints of foot followed by the deformations. In the study, around 40 analyzed and the results of the clinical manifestations of the disease are presented: laboratory and radiology findings and the presence of concomitant diseases.
