【 摘 要 】

By the end of the 19th century, illegalism questions the system of anarchist values, and the link between ideas and ways to the revolutionary action. The confrontation of revolutionary speeches and practices, arouses an interesting mirror effect, where the idea of treason is essential: around thefts and terrorist attacks, the anarchist movement is torned between legitimacy and legality, facing the risk of treason of the principles; but the excesses of the antiterrorist legislation (preventive and repressive measures against the «menées anarchists») seem to betray the republican principles. Faced with critics pointing the political use of the anarchist danger, the judgment on evil laws stresses the fact that the legal answer to a threat depends on the perception of it – as well as on the image which we have of the enemy that threatens; both seem to be based on ideological construction rather than on facts.
