【 摘 要 】

On the basis of the reflection of three authors worried in understanding the social relations in the enslaved society, considers a crossing of theoretical categories as hibridismo, hierarchy and resistance to make readings of cultural processes that had occurred in the Maranhão, that if they dislocate from such escravistas relations reaching the end of century XIX and beginning of the XX.
