Water quality in Danube Delta and Razim Sinoe complex in the extremes hydrological conditions in august 2003

【 摘 要 】

Although the values of liquids from the Danube discharges in August 2003 were 50% of the ones recorded in August 2001, we can see increases only in inorganic nitrogen (on Sulina and Sfântu Gheorghe branches) and in total phosphorus content (Sulina, Sfântu Gheorghe and Chilia branches). These results are influenced by biogene elements concentrations increasing in these zones. The nitrogen and phosphorus concentrations from lakes were also higher in 2003, exceeding eutrophication limits. Cadmium is recovered in lakes at very high levels which exceeding the maximum admitted levels.
