【 摘 要 】
ABSTRACT: The present review is based on the green synthesis of nanoparticles and their applications in various fields. The green chemistry approach for the synthesis of nanoparticles is acquiring more importance by making use of non-toxic reagents and chemicals. It is considered to be an eco-friendlier approach as compared to conventional methods. The main characteristic of the nanoparticles synthesized via the green chemistry approach is that they are less toxic. Many nanoparticles are being extensively used in the medical and pharmaceutical fields. These synthesized nanoparticles can be characterized using various spectroscopic techniques like TEM, SEM, FTIR, UV-Visible absorption spectroscopy and so on. Different types of nanoparticles especially metallic nanoparticles are also reviewed in the present article.
