【 摘 要 】

Con la presentación de este trabajo, se reflexiona de forma general sobre la sexualidad en el adulto de la tercera edad y algunos de los factores que más pueden influir en ella de forma desfavorable. Se hace hincapié en conductas sociales, a veces practicadas por la familia o hasta por los propios profesionales de la salud, que atentan contra la felicidad plena del adulto mayor.
This paper makes general reflections on sexuality in the elderly and some of the factors that most affect it in a negative way. Emphasis is made on social behaviours of either the family or the health professionals that sometimes go against the full happiness of the elderly.
