【 摘 要 】

Is the training of magistrates and tax agents intended to make them more effective in fighting financial crime or is the goal more in line with the rationale of harmonising behaviours ? The response to this question indicates that the essentially enunciative training provided is not neutral by nature when it confers performative significance on speech acts in order to influence the behaviour and minds of the agents concerned.
