【 摘 要 】

The characteristics of agriculture in the district of codru. The District of Codru, a microregion situated in the territory of three districts: Maramures, Satu Mare and Salaj, had a predominantly rural character, with optimal conditions for the development of agriculture. The characteristics favorable to the practicing of this branch are given by the morphometric and morphographical conditions of the relief, climatic features, water resources and soils. These favorability characteristics are shadowed by some unfavorable aspects like: the presence of only a small number of specialized farms, an aging population, the division of land in small lots, the domination of the individual property, all these indicating the practicing of subsistence farming, of assuring the needs of a family, and not the commercialization of the obtained goods, fact which has an impact on the individual and the well-being of the community as a whole.
