【 摘 要 】

In the context of everyday demands and global challenges, itisimportantthatwell-developedgovernancesystemssupportnationalpoliciesassociatedwithsustainabledevelopment and the economy as well as with efficient land administration system, and that the necessary infrastructure is set up to facilitate proactive coping with these challenges andconsequences.Benchmarkingisanefficienttoolforimproved the planning and monitoring of the systems. The principal goal of benchmarking is constant improvements that boost achievements. Benchmarking and performance indicators play an important role in land administration system reforms and development. Benchmarking contributes tothedevelopmentofaconceptuallandadministrationsystemthroughtheimplementationdevelopedfortheoperational land administration system. This article shows the most important international studies and research on international comparisons of land administration systems, carried out by organisations and associations in Europe and globally. The article also shows some global initiatives and global indicators that have indirect or direct impacts on the land administration system. Some indicative proposals for discussion have been given for faster implementation of the benchmarking land administration system.
