【 摘 要 】

Thispaperanalyzestheinternationalizationofuniversityresearchby means of a study of the Research Units (UI) at Universidad Nacional de La Plata (UNLP). This phenomenon has increased in recent years and has influenced the dynamics of knowledge production at the cognitive, social, and institutional level fromamultidimensionalperspective.Italsoaffectsthecontents,usefulness and/orrelevanceoftheknowledgegeneratedinLatinAmerica(Oregioni,2014). Consequently, the analysis of this issue in the field of social studies of science and technology is fundamental. Based on this case study, the research allowed identifying thestimulithathaveadirectandindirectimpactontheinternationalizationof university research and its struggles.
