【 摘 要 】

It is possible to put out the general structure of Imam Malik's jurisprudence moving from the personal assessment and the method of choice narrations given in Muwatta. It is seen to take place some clues about the non-narrative approach to his mutewatir in the Muwatta which offering first-hand information on the approach to Imam Malik narrated. Narrations about current and information value of Hadith isn’t narrated from Imam Malik directly. While it is important that the information is narrated from Imam Malik', what is required is to reach a conclusion examined the direct narration. Imam Malik' generally not satisfied the requirements of narrators possess to act on a habar wahid. It's also as a necessary condition not to o be contrary to Qur'an, amal ahl al-Madinah, the public interest, analogy and principle prevent evil. In particular, Amel-i-Ahl al-Madina is an important factor in the determining the actual value of the habar wahid. Imam Malik, not used directly concept of the habar wahid. But it's accept news with the quality habar wahid as evidence long as they conform to the general admission requirements.
