【 摘 要 】

In November 2014, the Romanian DAM (Day Ahead Market) market for electricity coupled withthe similar mechanisms in Hungary, Czech Republic and Slovakia. The paper analyzes thecoupling mechanism, the procedures of establishing the prices and the impact of regional couplingof the electricity markets, between Romania, Hungary, Czech Republic and Slovakia.
