【 摘 要 】

This article looks the origins (local or brought) and cultivation (evolution and local tradition in the form of culture) of grapevine and wine production in region. Ultimately, the cultivation of grape-wine and the production of vine become a traditional occupation for the people in the region. In the thraco-getho-dacian period agriculture, inclusive the cultivation of grape-wine and the production of wine a being established. The local medieval winemaking represented a continuation of traditions from previous times (thraco-getian and daco-roman). The natural evolution of winemaking was suppressed by the end of the XIX century due to the negative influence of phylloxera.
