【 摘 要 】

The study is based on archival documents, accurately edited according toproper scientific criteria and in light of current literature. Itcomprises commentaries of the edited sources, including a briefhistoriographical and methodological introduction. The thread of theargument is provided by elements of the structure of the documentsthemselves. They are specifically analysed according to the perspectivesof diplomatics, of the history of the testators' families, and of theirsocial relationships and history of the political, religious, andcharitable institutions of Bergamo in the XII century.
