【 摘 要 】

The lack of consensus on the different definitions that exist within Peace Research have, both theoretical and praxical, implications. This article aims to define the concept of Ecological Peace and Peace Gaia due to its importance in connecting society and nature and initiating an interdisciplinary and inclusive dialogue that can serve to synthesize the basic definitions and key elements associated with the science of peace. From a relationship between the phenomena (relationships of nature and society), problems or conflicts, we construct the concepts of Ecological Peace as a contextualized peace within that nature-society relationship and Peace Gaia that is constructed from the Gaia Theory in order to identify the value in the relations of human beings with the bio-cultural-environmental system.
