【 摘 要 】

Knowledge portal is an important element within corporate knowledge management. Currently there is plentyful tools and software for knowledge portal constroction, but it is not yet evident how to select, compose and configure them for any specific company and business situation. The paper describes basic principles of a new methodology PROTESYS (PROject­ TEchnology.SYStem) for knowledge portal design, implemeotation and support. This methodology helps knowledge managers, business analysts and enterprise architects to (re)design and support knowledge portal The foondational triad of this methodology includes 1hree pillan: service orientation, enterprise architecture managemeot and intelligent support.
