【 摘 要 】

A nivel mundial, la mayoría de los jóvenes empiezan a tener relaciones sexuales antes de cumplir los 20 años, y la mitad, al menos, en torno a los 14. El cambio de pareja sexual es más elevado durante la adolescencia y a principio de los 20 años. La escasa información que se brinda a los adolescentes y jóvenes en aspectos relacionados con la sexualidad y en particular sobre infecciones de transmisión sexual (ITS-VIH/sida, abren las puertas a estas entidades y a otros problemas de salud vistos desde una perspectiva preventiva. Teniendo en cuenta lo anterior, se decidió realizar una intervención educativa para formar promotores de salud en aspectos relacionados con la educación sexual en estudiantes de la Filial Tecnológica Mártires del 27 de Noviembre, durante el curso escolar 2009-2010. El universo estuvo constituido por 93 alumnos de la especialidad de Tecnología de la Salud, en el perfil de Higiene y Epidemiología, pertenecientes al 2do y 3er años, en las edades comprendidas de 15 a 18 años en ambos sexos. La muestra quedó conformada por 67 alumnos seleccionados al azar, que representan el 72 % de la matrícula del perfil. Como método para la recogida de información se utilizó la encuesta para la identificación de necesidades aprendizaje, técnicas educativas como el programa Crecer en la Adolescencia; y la medición de los resultados después de la intervención fue utilizada la misma encuesta inicial. Dentro de los principales resultados: la identificación de necesidades de aprendizaje mostró que la mayoría de los jóvenes carecían de conocimientos suficientes sobre educación sexual, evidenciado en un marcado desconocimiento sobre ITS y métodos anticonceptivos. Las acciones capacitantes desarrolladas durante la intervención permitieron la apropiación de conocimientos por los estudiantes para actuar como promotores de salud sexual.
Most of the young people around the world begin having sexual relations before they are 20 years old, and at least half of them when they are around 14 years old. Sexual partner changing is higher during the adolescence and at the beginning of their twenties. The scarce information given to teenagers and youth in relation with the sexuality and particularly about the sexually transmitted infections and AIDS, open the door to these entities and to other health problems from the preventive point of view. Taking into account the before said, we decided to develop an educative intervention to form health promoters in aspects related with the sexual education among the students of the Technological Filial Mártires del 27 de Noviembre during the 2009-2010 school year. The universe was the 93 male and female students of the specialty Health Technologies, profile Hygiene and Epidemiology of the 2 nd and 3 rd courses, and aged 15 to 18 years. The sample was formed by 67 students randomly selected who represented the 72 % of the students of that profile. To gather the information the method used was the inquiry for the identification of the learning necessities. Educative techniques: The program Grow up in the Adolescence and to measure the results after the intervention we used the same inquiry used at the beginning. Among the main results there were the identification of the learning necessities, showing that most of the youth did not have the sufficient knowledge about the sexual education, evidenced in a remarked lack of knowledge on sexually transmitted infections and contraconceptive methods. The enabling actions developed during the intervention allowed the appropriation by the students of the knowledge they need to work as sexual health promoters.
